Ray Marsh is the founder and CEO of RAM Contracting, founded in 2001. He is responsible for establishing and managing the short and long-term goals, plans and strategies of the company to ensure growth, profitability and quality execution. He directs and manages all sales, marketing, business operations and professional services. He is responsible for managing relationships with key business partners and customers while setting the overall strategy of the business.
Ray formed RAM Contracting LLC in 2001 as a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) contracting firm. The company has expanded to provided Facility Maintenance, Janitorial Services, General Contracting/Construction Management Services.
Ray is a native of Galveston, Texas and a graduate of Lamar University with a degree in General Business Industrial Engineering and Management. He has also earned a Business Management Certificate form the prestigious Tuck School of Business graduate school at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire
His commitment to the community and the underserved has led him to be deeply involved with a number of organizations driving minority-business inclusion, especially in the construction industry Ray is a founding member and the first president of the Black Contractors Association of Dallas and former board member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council where in participated in the Construction Industry Group and Business Advisory Construction group.
Ray has been married to DeAnna for 34 years. They have two sons, Raymond and Ryan. He is also a member of Kappy Alpha Psi Fraternity.
